The xential|share module enables document collaboration by allowing you to transfer a document in progress to a colleague or department. The recipient can make additions and then either generate the document or transfer it again. All of this takes place before a .docx or .pdf is created, making document collaboration simple and efficient.
How does it work?
A logged-in user can transfer a document that is being edited to another user. By adding notes to questions in the question tree, the recipient is provided with the necessary accompanying information. The recipient can then continue editing and generate the document, or transfer it to another colleague if needed. This way, complex documents can be composed sequentially by multiple colleagues.
