Xential|insight gives application administrators insight into the use of templates, headers/footers and components. The module also shows which elements are used within a template and which elements depend on a specific header/footer or component. Xential|insight is integrated in xential|manager and presents the information through a graphical display.
What does xential|insight offer?
The insights from xential|insight help application administrators prioritise maintenance and (further) development of templates and components. The module offers the following functions:
- Who uses what and when: view how often a template or component is used and by whom.
- User activity: view how many documents a user generates.
Viewing usage information
The Usage information option displays a chart based on the selected templates and users. In the same way, information can be shown about the use of headers/footers or components.
