Release notes — xential 4.13

Below you will find the changes and improvements in xential version 4.13.

Integrations

• New integration version: from PFSDMS to PFS Documents: this integration has been updated to use a new communication technology (previously SOAP, now REST).

Improvements

• Third-party component update: Payara and Java have been updated. These are included with every software update to keep the platform secure.
• Security update: cryptographic components that xential depends on have been updated to a more efficient and secure version.
• Indexers: the platform uses indexing to enable easy searching of template content. Maintenance has been performed for improved system management.
